elbow have announced the nation’s biggest ever national pub playback for their forthcoming album ‘The Take Off and Landing of Everything’ March 5th & 6th.

Following the recent launch of their new beer ‘Charge’, elbow are giving their fans the chance to listen to their new album over a pint, before it’s released.

The two day playback event will take place in over 250 pubs nationwide on March 5th and 6th in partnership with Marston’s and national pub retailer Nicholson’s.

Guy Garvey said “We’re proud to support pubs with these events and a pint of Charge is the perfect accompaniment to listening to the new album. The British pub is an institution and part of the social fabric of communities up and down the country. In the same way that our first beer broke new ground, we hope that that these playback events are followed by others and provide another reason to support your local”.
