elbow release their fifth EP, ‘AUDIO VERTIGO ECHO elbow EP5’, on 6th June. Written and recorded following the release of last year’s UK Number 1 album ‘AUDIO VERTIGO’, the new EP continues the album’s creative streak.

The EP features last year’s one-off single ‘Adriana Again” alongside three new and previously unheard tracks. The first of these, ‘Sober’, is out now.

Looking back lyrically while moving forward musically, Guy Garvey describes the EP as: “finishing something for the band in lots of ways. We’re having more fun in the studio than ever. Craig’s on fire, Pete and Alex are the coolest rhythm section going, and Pot’s unpredictable guitar is in a really soulful, accomplished place. The lyrics are stories from my past — sometimes joyful, often dark, but mostly true. It feels like we’re having another go on the Waltzers after hours.”
